TFT A2A Accelerator & OA Mentorships

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing TFT A2A Accelerator or OA Mentorship programs (“the Program”), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What You Receive
​
When you purchase the Program, you receive:

Access to our pre-recorded digital course, delivered via Whop within 24 hours of purchase
-
Access to unlimited 1-to-1 mentorship calls, bookable via Discord or Calendly, subject to fair use and reasonable availability
Access is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.

2. Delivery of Access
​
Digital access will normally be delivered within 24 hours to the email/account provided.
If access is not received, you must contact us so we can resolve it.

3. No Guarantees
​
We do not guarantee:

income
-
business results
-
financial or performance outcomes
All training is educational only. Any success stories are illustrative and not promises of results.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
​
Refunds for Digital Course (Whop Pre-Recorded Content)
​
This Program includes instant-access digital educational content delivered within 24 hours.
Because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed, refunds for the Whop pre-recorded course are not permitted.
By purchasing, you:

request immediate access
-
acknowledge access is delivered within 24 hours
-
agree that digital course access is non-refundable

Refunds for 1-to-1 Mentorship Calls
​
You also receive access to unlimited 1-to-1 mentorship calls.
If a refund request is made within 14 days of purchase, any refund granted applies only to the mentorship service and is capped at a maximum of £500.
This means:
-
full refunds are not eligible
-
the maximum refundable amount is £500
-
refunds are only considered where minimal/proportionate benefit has been received
-
once reasonable value exceeding £500 has been delivered, no refund applies

Cooling-Off Rights
​
By purchasing, you acknowledge the Program begins immediately and includes digital content and mentorship services provided within 24 hours.
Cooling-off rights are therefore limited in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Chargebacks
​
Chargebacks outside these terms will be actively disputed.
We retain evidence including:

login/access records
-
IP logs
-
mentorship booking and attendance logs
-
proof of agreement to these Terms
​
5. Fair Use of “Unlimited” Mentorship
​
“Unlimited” calls means ongoing support within fair and reasonable limits.
We reserve the right to:
-
prevent excessive or abusive booking behaviour
-
reschedule sessions where necessary
-
refuse service in cases of misconduct
Availability depends on mentor scheduling capacity.

6. Behaviour & Conduct
​
You agree to behave respectfully and not engage in harassment, threats, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
We may revoke access without refund for serious misconduct or abuse.
​
7. Intellectual Property
​
All course content, videos, materials, training systems, and frameworks are owned by CPD Consultancy Ltd.
You may not:

copy
-
resell
-
share
-
upload publicly
-
distribute
-
pass off as your own
Legal action may be taken for infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
​
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

business loss
-
financial loss
-
profit loss
-
indirect or consequential damages
All business and financial decisions remain your responsibility.

9. Eligibility
​
You confirm you:

are legally able to purchase services
-
provide accurate information
-
will not engage in fraud or misuse of the program

10. Pricing & Changes
​
We reserve the right to update pricing, inclusions, availability, or terms.
Purchases remain subject to the terms in place at the time of purchase.

11. Governing Law
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes fall under UK court jurisdiction.
